PRIMERO. ORDENAR a la Secretaria de Gobierno de la Alcaldia Mayor de Bogota D.C. que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, de estricto cumplimiento a la orden dictada por esta Corporacion en la sentencia T-136 de 2005.
En consecuencia, debera proceder en el termino arriba senalado a vincular al senor Cesar Augusto Brausin Arevalo en el cargo que se encontraba vacante en el Consejo de Justicia, al momento de ser proferida la sentencia T-136 de 2005.
En igual termino debera proceder a vincular al senor Gleison Pineda Castro en el cargo que ocupaba al momento de ser proferida la sentencia T-136 de 2005, cargo que sera ocupado en propiedad, en atencion al derecho que al solicitante le asiste como parte de la lista de elegibles.
